Notification of Infringement Claims

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including the following information:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location of the material before it was removed or disabled.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or region, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or repeatedly accused of infringement.
